The Yoga and Dance Easter festival is the first festival of the Ängsbacka season. It takes place as life and light is returning to the natural world in springtime. This is one of our more intimate and cozy festivals and offers a beautiful variety of yoga, dance, movement, music, meditation, and other inspiring, vibrant, deep and joyful workshops.
These five days are an intentional and held journey during which you are invited to go into both deep stillness and sweet celebration. Together, with open hearts, we follow spring and the natural cycles in welcoming a new dawn.
