New Year Retreat at Shambala Gatherings

Deeply nourishing yoga classes, movement practice through dance, freemove yoga, introduction to Vedic art, kirtan, floating sauna, ice bathing, sacred dance, new years eve ceremony, delicious and healthy vegan festive food are some of the highlights in this retreat.

Everything is taken care of for you, three yummy Vegan meals, a hot cup of tea is always available and you will have plenty of sweet, loving company. We co-create this retreat together with Nordic Light Yoga, Jenny Solberg and Johan Svanborg. We will dive deeper into the nourishing yoga practice that creates a reset for the coming year, we will use art expression as a mirror to find a vision and you will be guided into embodied presence through dance and free movement.
